What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that for "Change of Mind" returns on opened electronics, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
I received a defective or damaged item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Form within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and provide an immediate replacement once the defect is verified by our technical team.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Funds will be credited back via your original payment method (M-Pesa, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer).
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including M-Pesa (Express & Paybill), Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Bank Transfers for corporate clients.

Order & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Simply browse our catalog, select your desired technology or software, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to Checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method (M-Pesa, Card, or Bank Transfer). You will receive an instant confirmation via email.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to make changes, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or our Contact Form within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has moved to the "Dispatched" or "Shipped" stage, we cannot modify it, but you may initiate a return once the package arrives.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a Guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your delivery addresses, view your order history, and access your digital software keys at any time without searching through your emails.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email and SMS with a Tracking Number and a direct link to our courier’s portal. You can also track your package in real-time by visiting the "Order Status" page in your account.
How Can I Return a Product?

Hardware: Must be returned within 14 days in its original, unopened packaging.
Software: Digital licenses are non-returnable once the key has been delivered.
Defects: If an item is faulty, we provide a free pickup and a 1-to-1 replacement under our warranty policy.
